About Us
Proud to be the first rhythmic gymnastics school
ever in Yolo County!
Rhythmic gymnastics is an Olympic sport that combines flexibility, dance, ballet, and apparatus work with rope, hoop, ball, clubs, and ribbon.
Our classes enhance coordination, posture, strength, and cognitive development.
Through fun, age-appropriate training, students build discipline, mental focus, and a sense of inner culture, with opportunities to reach competitive levels.
Our Programs
/Beginners
We offer two types of beginner classes designed for different age groups: one for children ages 4–6 and another for ages
6-10. These classes are perfect for girls with little to no prior experience in rhythmic gymnastics, providing an ideal introduction to the sport.

In our beginner classes, we focus on building essential skills such as flexibility, strength, coordination, and foundational techniques. Students are introduced to their first rhythmic gymnastics elements and learn their first floor routine, while also developing skills in ballet and acrobatics. Additionally, they begin working with various apparatuses, including rope, ball, and ribbon.
/XCEL
The Xcel program is designed for girls ages 6 and up who already have some experience in rhythmic gymnastics and are ready to advance their skills. Serving as the first step toward our competitive program, it offers a positive and rewarding experience for young athletes looking to take their abilities to the next level.

In the Xcel program, gymnasts work on learning more advanced rhythmic gymnastics elements while developing routines both floor and with the ball. This program provides an excellent foundation for those eager to participate at competitions, with opportunities to showcase their progress at local, regional, and national events.
/FIG & Junior Olympics Program
Our FIG and JO Developmental teams include levels 3–10 and are designed for athletes pursuing rhythmic gymnastics at a professional level. Gymnasts in this competitive program actively participate in local, regional, and national competitions, including some of the most prestigious events across the country.

It’s important to note that membership in these teams is by invitation only, reserved for dedicated athletes who demonstrate exceptional skill, commitment, and passion for the sport.
Meet our Coach
  • Coach Liza
Elizaveta Kostina is a professional rhythmic gymnastics coach with experience as a choreographer and in training children from beginner to competitive levels. With 15 years as a professional gymnast, she holds the title of Master of Sport (equivalent to Level 10 in the USA) and trained at the Olympic Training Center in Moscow. She is also a winner of numerous competitions across various levels.

"My primary goal is not only to develop disciplined and well-prepared athletes but, above all, to help them grow into honest, confident individuals who love both the sport and themselves. I stand firmly against any form of abuse in sports and believe that outstanding athletes can be nurtured in a warm, friendly environment. I am constantly learning and only incorporate safe techniques into my training sessions, such as yoga-based stretching that requires no physical force on my part. Opening a rhythmic gymnastics school has been a long-held dream, and I am excited to share my knowledge and passion for this beautiful sport with the next generation."
